Voting Question: How can I find a clinic or quick care that is opened on saturdays?

My 16 month old has bad nose problems and can't nurse to sleep any more which is okay because I need to wean anyways since I'm 13 weeks pregnant, but last night I barely got any sleep and we took a 2a.m. trip to walmart to get a bulb aspirator, nasal saline, viks humidifier, I even got a pacifier and bottle in hopes it would help but none of it did. The aspirator won't even suck stuff out of her nose (I do it properly) and I'm just at a loss. I am not familiar with this city and have no idea where to go or who to ask.
